About the Journal

Journal of Education Science - ISC is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Faculty of Education at Instituto Superior Cristal, Dili, Timor-Leste. The journal serves as a scientific platform for researchers, lecturers, educators, and practitioners to disseminate high-quality research and scholarly works in the broad field of education and related scientific disciplines.

The journal accommodates interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary research originating from the various academic programs within the Faculty of Education. These include Mathematics Education, Physics Education, Chemistry Education, Economics and Accounting Education, English Language Education, Portuguese Language Education, Sociology Education, Psychology Education, Biology Education, and Informatics Education.

Although the journal emphasizes educational studies, its scope is not limited to pedagogical research. The Journal of Education Science - ISC also welcomes scientific contributions in pure science, applied science, laboratory-based research, educational development studies, and experimental research that contribute to the advancement of knowledge and practice in education and related scientific fields.
